30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method. Refunds can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
Worn or used items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
